Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier consulting professionals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, collaborative, and well-versed in the accounting and advisory talent landscape. Key Responsibilities• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires in areas such as Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk Advisory, Cybersecurity, Transaction Services, Valuation, and Tax.• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define talent needs and develop customized sourcing strategies.• Support the recruiting team to achieve performance goals and hiring KPIs.• Maintain alignment with CFGI’s brand, mission, and values in all candidate interactions.• Build proactive talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other recruiting platforms.• Analyze recruiting data and provide reporting on metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.• Partner with marketing and leadership to promote CFGI's employer brand across digital and in-person channels.• Ensure a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the hiring process.• Collaborate with HR and business leadership to maintain equitable and compliant hiring practices. Qualifications• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in agency recruiting.• Proven success recruiting within the accounting, finance, or professional services sector; experience with Big 4 alumni a strong plus.• Deep understanding of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever), and recruiting analytics.• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results and quality of hire.
