What is your impact? As a Data Entry Processor, you will operate in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for entering in claims data in a timely manner. Job Details

  • Part time position

What Will You Be Doing

  • Enters claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner (70%)
  • Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data (15%)
  • Meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to Mailroom in opening, printing and sorting mail, assists other departments and special projects for the department as needed (10%)
  • Assists with special projects for the department as needed. (5%)

Qualifications

  • 1+ years related work experience in data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare office environment on a computerized claims system.
  • Perform with high degree of accuracy
  • Work independently within guidelines
  • Be able to adapt to new procedures and opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
  • A team player

General Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
