Malaysia Production Center Located in Penang, Malaysia, the Malaysia Production Center occupies 1,600 square meters with full-cycle manufacturing and delivery capabilities. Offering diversified collaboration models, it delivers customized solutions for the global optical interconnection industry, enabling customers to effectively address evolving market challenges. R&D/Production Center Established in 2017, our R&D/Production Center is located in High-Tech Development Zone of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, which is divided into several areas such as production workshop, corporate exhibition spaces and office area, etc. Its 15,000-square-meter cleanroom production facility boasts annual output capacity of 6 million optical modules, supported by advanced manufacturing equipment and precision testing instrumentation. The center maintains robust quality control systems while demonstrating proven capacity for mass production and reliable order fulfillment. Description 1.Annual, Seasonal, Monthly Sales Target Setup and Execution for North America and achievement of sales target; 2.Development of new customers and new opportunities, maintenance for based customers. A great support of Pre-sales, After-sales, deepen customer business relationship totally and completely; 3.Periodically arrangement of customer visits, be responsible for business reception and negotiation to maintain deep touch with customers and explore potential collaboration opportunities; 4.Company brand promotion, leading the preparation of local exhibitions; 5.Involvement in reaching for markets, competitors as well as analyzing deeply to identity what difference and distance between our company, Market and Competitors, which to be shared internally and monthly; 6.Establishment of Branch in the US as well as daily works, including tax declaration annually to report to the sales director monthly; Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication, a related technical field or business preferred. - Over 8 years industrial experiences with FAE, PM, PLM work background; - Proven sales experience over 8 years, preferably in telecom/ datacom industry; - Have ability to expand market, self-motivated individuals with a passion for customer service Interview Process - 1st interview will be to talk with the global sales director, then the specific process will be determined. - In total, there are 2-3 rounds.
