• *Job Summary:**

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Vacuum carpets and rugs - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas - Empty and clean trash containers - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap - Setting up a variety of packages for incoming guests - Ability to lift between 40-60lbs - Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications: ` -MUST BE SUPER DETAIL-ORIENTED AND OWN A VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION AND CARRYING SUPPLIES! -LOCATION OF CLEANINGS WILL BE ON THE WATER, PEOPLE WITH MOTION SICKNESS IS NOT ADVISED! - Previous experience in customer service or housekeeping required - Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products is a plus - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Excellent attention to detail - Strong time management skills - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to guidelines - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting - Ability to lift up to 50lbs Skills: - Customer service - Commercial cleaning - Sanitation techniques - Carpet cleaning - Custodial duties - Housekeeping management - Cleaning procedures for residential and hotel settings - Floor care maintenance Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Job Type: Part-time with the opportunity to become Full-time Pay: We pay PER CLEAN between $60-$70 PER CLEAN Expected hours: Working hours are between 10am and 3pm (hours change depending on shift) Benefits:
