What You’ll Do You’ll operate as a recruitment partner under the Halr Tech Group brand, running your own desk in your chosen vertical (tech, IT, engineering, or sales):
- Build and manage your client portfolio
- Source, qualify, and place high-quality candidates
- Deliver a consistent, relationship-led recruitment experience
- Operate with complete autonomy, while leveraging our support, tools, and community
- Participate in optional peer sessions and strategic planning support
