Remote Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technicians
Description Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely! We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
- Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Clarify orders as needed
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in pharmacy
- LTC pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
- Great telephone etiquette a must
- Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
