Position Highlights:
- Fully remote role with the option to join as W2 or 1099

- Broad product portfolio to serve all borrower types
- Full operational support: processing, compliance, and administrative assistance
- Backed by a growing, multi-state lender licensed in 28+ states
Who We're Looking For:
- Loan Officers who bring an existing book of business or strong referral partnerships
- Professionals with a track record of closing 3–5+ loans per month
- Strong communicators who value client relationships and retention
- Organized, self-driven individuals with a sales-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with lending guidelines and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
- Active NMLS license required
- Must be currently licensed in PA, NJ, or FL (additional state licenses are a plus)
- Proficient with mortgage industry software and CRMs
