Remote Live Chat Agent/Help Desk Analyst- WFH (FT/PT)

As a Remote Live Chat / Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal users seeking technical assistance. You will provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses through live chat, email, and help desk ticketing systems.
