Role Description We’re looking for a contract physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) licensed in New York to provide virtual care to adult and senior patient populations. This is a remote position with flexible hours and a meaningful mission. The role requires 3–4 hours of availability per weekday, and physicians can choose which days they prefer to work. You’ll work alongside clinical and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, evidence-based care through our telehealth platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Document visits clearly and accurately in the EMR
- Help shape best practices in virtual care delivery
- Prioritize patient safety and equitable access in decision-making
Qualifications
- Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active New York state medical license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Experience working with underserved and/or senior populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Telemedicine experience preferred
- Experience developing or participating in telehealth programs is a plus
