• Compensation will be a split between fiat and our upcoming token SBX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:
• Respond to inquiries and questions related to the Soulbound project.
• Provide accurate information and links to official resources, such as the Soulbound Gitbook and Medium articles.
• Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Moderation:
• Enforce community guidelines and rules to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• Monitor chat activities to prevent spamming, trolling, and inappropriate content.
• Address conflicts and resolve issues between community members promptly.
• Content Management:
• Post updates, announcements, and relevant content to keep the community informed.
• Organize and host community events, such as quizzes, games, and riddles.
• Create and manage a schedule for regular community activities and events.
• Activity Tracking and Reporting:
• Track community engagement metrics and report on activities and member interactions.
• Provide regular reports on community sentiment, popular topics, and feedback.
• Monitor the effectiveness of community activities and suggest improvements.
• Support and Assistance:
• Assist new users with onboarding and navigating the Soulbound platform.
• Provide support for community members encountering issues or needing help.
• Collaborate with other team members to address technical issues and user concerns.
• Promotion and Growth:
• Promote Soulbound activities and encourage community participation.
• Support marketing efforts by sharing updates and engaging with social media posts.
• Encourage members to refer new users to the Soulbound platform and track referral milestones.
• Rewards and Incentives:
• Manage the distribution of DRIP and other rewards for community activities.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and fair distribution of rewards.
• Organize and conduct the Wheel of Names events for prize distribution.

FAQs Management:

• Answer frequently asked questions related to DRIP, the Soulbound app, stickers, quests, streams, and more.

Performance Metrics:

• Achieve set KPIs, such as:
• Increasing community engagement and activity levels.
• Growing the number of active users and referrals.
• Collecting and reporting on DRIP points, posts, and other engagement metrics.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Encourage community members to support the project by being active users of the platform.
• Spread the word about Soulbound and its features.
• Set and track KPIs for platform milestones, such as referral invites and social media posts.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $300.00 per month Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
