Workday Absence Consultant (Remote - USA)

job summary: Seeking a talented Workday Absence Consultant to support a high-impact government client engagement.

• Remote (US-based only)
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Absence configuration/support
• Government experience preferred

location: Cleveland, Ohio job type: Contract salary: $70 - 73 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:

• Drive Workday Absence configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Lead or support functional design sessions and document configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align absence processes with business goals
• Analyze, enhance, and implement improvements to optimize performance

qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on Workday US Absence Management experience
• Strong experience with configuration workbooks, unit testing, and support
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
• Workday Absence Certification (Required)
• Prior government project experience a big plus!
