Call Center Agent - Part-time - Weekends Only
Description: ? Handle a high volume of inbound calls, delivering efficient and friendly customer service (90% of the role) ? Assist with customer move-ins, move-outs, and payment processing for a self-storage facility ? Provide clear, persuasive information about our storage solutions to potential customers ? Use active listening to resolve customer concerns and provide positive outcomes ? Maintain accurate records in the CRM, documenting all interactions ? Build lasting customer relationships that support business growth Requirements: ? 2+ years of call center experience, with a focus on inbound calls ? Ability to handle high call volumes while providing top-notch service ? Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers ? High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities ? Critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach ?
