As a Generalist, you'll be a key part of the fulfillment and authentication of the most collectible card game products anywhere in the world. Our team of Generalists takes on every aspect of online orders from fulfillment to verification to shipping. The overnight shift is from 8pm to 7am, operating on a rotating schedule of 4 shifts per week. In this role, you will count, sort, condition, and file products and supplies while maintaining standard levels of output and ensuring the accuracy of pulled, prepped, and packaged items. You will perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking products for customers, and finish duties and tasks in a timely manner while completing the targeted amount of output per day for the tasks performed. You will also fill department appropriate records and logs, take on special projects as needed, and provide assistance to other groups or departments as needed. Responsibilities ? Requirements ? High School Diploma or G.E.D. , ? Demonstrates initiative and a desire to be part of a hardworking team of individuals. , ? Demonstrates focus on a task and sees it through to the end. , ? Familiarity with the use of web forms. , ? Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with management and team members. , ? Ability to work in and cultivate an environment of collaboration and coordination. , ? Organizational skills and attention to detail to stay on task and meet performance/output expectations. , ? 1+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
