What You’ll Do As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. In this role, you will:
- Audit & Compliance:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long‑term incentive and equity compensation plans.
- Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
- Transaction & Reporting:
- Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
- Produce ad‑hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
- Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
- Stakeholder Support:
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
