Proficiency in basic computer skills and a readiness to learn insurance-related software. A valid insurance license or the willingness to pursue one. A high school diploma or equivalent; while a diploma or equivalent is preferred, it's not a requirement. At least 18 years old, or will turn 18 within 30 days of hire, legally able to work in the United States, and able to pass a state background check.
