Remote Data Entry Coordinator – Flexible Schedule

Alliance Wealth Management Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. This is a flexible, remote position offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of a dynamic financial services firm. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining important client and financial data into our systems, ensuring the integrity of information across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate with our internal teams to streamline data management processes, making sure all data is correctly captured, organized, and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter financial and client data into our systems and databases. • Maintain data integrity by reviewing and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data entries. • Organize and update records related to financial accounts, client profiles, and transactions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Manage and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines. • Assist in the development and implementation of data management best practices. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client information. • Provide general administrative support related to data entry as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus). • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with data entry software. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Previous experience in the financial or wealth management industry is a plus, but not required. Additional Skills: • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a flexible schedule. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong attention to deadlines.
