Email Marketing Specialist - Customer.io (Fully Remote)

Our Telehealth client seeks a freelance Email Marketing Specialist to assist their Channel Marketing team! This is a fully remote opportunity for 15-20 hours/week for approx. 3 months, with potential to extend. The team will provide a laptop. This person will work closely with the team's existing Email Marketing Manager to assist with end-to-end Customer.io campaign execution with a strong emphasis on template/campaign development and technical troubleshooting for email and SMS. Email Marketing Specialist Role • Create and manage robust segmentation and multiple campaigns simultaneously in Customer.io • Develop and code responsive email and SMS templates using Liquid Logics • Set up, run and provide reporting on A/B tests • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve efficiency • Proactively QA test and troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup, segmentation, rendering, and deliverability • Clearly communicate execution timelines and engagement metric reporting • Provide campaign statuses and performance to Marketing team This Email Marketing Specialist Has • Minimum 4 years experience executing Email and SMS campaigns • Advanced coding capabilities within Email HTML, CSS and Liquid Logics • Proficiency in Customer.io platform and Twilio • Track record of troubleshooting technical issues • Stellar communication skills and responsiveness Nice To Haves • Working knowledge of Figma, Email on Acid and/or Dreamweaver In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
