Job Overview: Access Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and organized Healthcare Recruiter to join our fast-paced team. This role involves engaging with potential candidates, matching them to exciting contract opportunities, and managing the full recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Respond quickly and enthusiastically to inquiries from potential candidates seeking contract roles. Match candidates to open healthcare contracts available through Access Healthcare. Construct competitive and accurate pay packages based on provided monetary figures. Provide clear and timely answers to candidates' questions regarding available opportunities. Build professional profiles to submit candidates for contracts. Enter and manage candidate information in various vendor management systems (VMS). Submit candidate profiles to potential contracts available through Access Healthcare. Foster strong relationships with candidates and vendor partners. Source and engage with nursing groups via social media to promote open positions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes. Take on additional recruiting-related tasks as needed by company leadership. Qualifications: Must have prior healthcare recruiting experience Travel nurse recruiting experience highly preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and VMS platforms is a plus Comfortable using social media and online platforms for sourcing talent Passion for helping healthcare professionals find the right fit Why Join Access Healthcare?
