Stores Department Manager

As a Stores Department Manager at H&M, you will be an integral part of our team of retail professionals. You will be responsible for managing the stores department operations including personnel, customer service, financial performance, and inventory.We are looking for an experienced, creative, and organized leader to take on this challenge. Responsibilities: Manage stores department operations including personnel, customer service, financial performance, and inventory. Oversee daily operations of the stores department, including sales, customer service, and staff training. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve overall store performance. Monitor store performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. Recruit, train, and manage store personnel. Create reports and analyze financial performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
