Collaborate with local leadership to maintain alignment with market objectives and initiatives. Requirements ? 7 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development. , ? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. , ? Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively. , ? Experience in training and development of employees. , ? Ability to analyze situations and make sound, timely decisions. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in retail management or a similar role. , ? Familiarity with workforce management tools and platforms. , ?
