Property Name: Quantum on West Call Maintenance Technician: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ? General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties ? Resident inspections ? Cleanliness and appeal of the property ? Completing work orders ? Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping ? Assist with Property Turn Education/Experience: ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred ? HVAC certification preferred Physical Requirements: ? Ability to sit for long periods of time; ? Ability to use hands and fingers; ? Ability to speak, see, and hear; ? Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull; ? Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; ? Ability to walk and climb stairs; ?
