The HR Business Consultant plays a vital role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions. ? Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. ? Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. ? Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. ? Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. ? Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. What you bring to the table: ? Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results. ? Typically has 5 or more years of progressively complex related experience. ? Proven experience in HR policies, procedures, and practices. ? Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. What?s needed- Basic Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience ? 5+ years of progressively complex related experience. What?s needed- Preferred: ? Master?s Degree in HR, Business, or related field. ? HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP). ? Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. ?
