Hotel Security Officer

Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and team members of the hotel. Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises to identify and respond to any potential security threats. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless security operations and guest satisfaction. Monitor and control access to the hotel, including screening and verifying the identification of guests and visitors. Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning. Maintain accurate records and reports of any security incidents, accidents, or investigations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with safety concerns and addressing any security-related inquiries. Stay updated on current security practices and procedures to effectively prevent and respond to potential threats. Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or security risks within the hotel premises. Conduct investigations and interviews as needed to resolve security-related issues. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Train and educate hotel staff on security procedures and protocols. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and security matters.
