Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive social media plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. ? Content Creation and Curation: Generate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. ? Social Media Management: Monitor and manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. ? Audience Engagement: Foster and grow the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and actively engaging with followers. ? Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts. Adjust strategies as needed to improve performance. ? Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly and identify opportunities for growth. ? Social Media Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and align with marketing initiatives and events. ? Stay Compliant: Ensure that all social media activities adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines, including copyright and data privacy laws. ? Social Media Policy Enforcement: Ensure that employees and team members adhere to the company's social media guidelines and policies. ?
