Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: Full Time | Exempt Who You Are:? As a CRM Marketing Manager at Curaleaf, you'll lead the charge in creating impactful customer engagement strategies. By harnessing data-driven insights, you'll elevate the customer journey, foster loyalty, and drive meaningful connections with our brand. What You?ll Do:? Drive traffic and sales at our retail stores while building brand awareness as you support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM programs across our portfolio. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape communication strategies and lead testing plans, making a direct impact on our brand's success. What You?ll Bring: ? You bring 3+ years of CRM experience in the retail industry, specializing in large data sets to drive customer insights and success ? You have the proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, push, in-app, and SMS, with strong CSS and HTML skills ? You possess deep expertise in MarTech platforms and their seamless integration with CRM systems ? You are skilled in crafting and executing CRM campaigns, shaping journey strategies, and ensuring flawless deployment of SMS, email, and mobile push messages Even Better If: ? You have hands-on experience with webhooks and API ?
