About the position As a Business Travel Agent, you will be responsible for curating travel experiences for discerning clients seeking unparalleled luxury and exclusivity. This role requires you to become a trained and certified travel professional specializing in business travel, with a deep understanding of travel hospitality and destinations worldwide. You will join a team dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences, where your expertise and passion will create lasting memories for our discerning clientele. In this position, you will conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations. Your comprehensive knowledge of luxury destinations worldwide will enable you to recommend exclusive accommodations, activities, and experiences tailored to each client's preferences. You will design customized travel itineraries that reflect the unique interests, preferences, and travel styles of individual clients. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel partners to ensure access to exclusive amenities and experiences for clients. Coordinating all aspects of clients' travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and special requests, will be a key part of your role, ensuring seamless execution and impeccable service throughout their journey. You will also provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels, assisting with itinerary adjustments, emergency support, and post-trip feedback. Staying informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in luxury travel will be essential to continually enhance your expertise and provide clients with cutting-edge experiences and recommendations.
