Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a 911 Emergency Dispatcher based in Blountstown, FL. The 911 Emergency Dispatcher will be responsible for answering emergency calls, dispatching emergency services, providing emergency medical dispatch instructions, and communicating effectively with both callers and emergency personnel. The role requires maintaining calm under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to emergency situations. Qualifications ? Emergency Medical Dispatch and Emergency Services skills ? Experience in Dispatching and Communication ? Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle high-stress situations ? Excellent verbal communication abilities and active listening skills ? Ability to work on-site in Blountstown, FL ? High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in emergency dispatch is a plus ? Proficiency in using dispatch software and radio communication systems ?
