Ensure compliance with liquor sales laws and company policies. , ? Monitor inventory and space security. , ? Schedule personnel to ensure adequate coverage and service levels. , ? Conduct daily inspections of the liquor department for compliance and safety. , ? Implement promotional and seasonal displays. , ? Control shrink and expenses, and maintain accurate records. , ? Train associates in proper work duties and monitor performance. Requirements ? Working knowledge of all job duties within the Liquor Department. , ? Strong communication and leadership skills. , ? Ability to manage people and maintain composure under pressure. , ? Knowledge of employment laws and workplace practices. , ? Understanding of company practices and liquor department policies. , ? Knowledge of state and federal liquor sales laws. , ? Ability to learn about liquor products and popular drink recipes. , ? Basic mathematics and metric measurement skills. , ?
