They will be responsible for building relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel and the local community, anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs. Attention to detail is crucial, as bartenders will handle cash transactions, provide accurate information to guests, and ensure the quality of the drinks served. The role requires a commitment to creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, protecting company assets, and maintaining confidentiality. Professional appearance and uniform adherence are also essential. Bartenders will be active throughout their shifts, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. They will need to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. The ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, and stooping, is also necessary. Successfully executing these responsibilities is critical to ensuring a positive experience for our guests and the overall success of our business.
