Virtual Assistant to Founder – Flexible, Creative, and Ready to Run with Ideas

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant who’s not your typical VA. I need someone who can roll with the chaos, chase random-but-brilliant ideas, and support me when inspiration strikes. You’ll be working directly with me, helping move things forward on a variety of fronts – from research and outreach to organizing thoughts, jumping into email threads, and generally helping keep momentum going when I’m in the zone. You Might Be a Fit If: You’re comfortable with ambiguity – you don’t need a checklist, you need a challenge You like brainstorming, researching, exploring, and then actually doing something with what you find You’re a strong communicator and can help me shape rough thoughts into clear action steps or messages You’re tech-savvy, fast on your feet, and not afraid to take initiative You’re good at coworking live when I’m online and just need to jam on stuff together in real time What You’ll Do: Research ideas, trends, suppliers, competitors, marketplaces, or anything else we’re exploring Help write, polish, and send emails or messages on my behalf Organize random notes or voice messages into actionable tasks or documents Follow up on things I’ve started but haven’t finished (and gently nudge when needed) Occasionally schedule things, draft posts, or help with team coordination This Role Is: Flexible – hours will vary, but expect ~5–15 hrs/week to start Remote – work from anywhere, but ideally U.S. time zones or similar Collaborative – I’m not looking to just hand off tasks; I’m looking for a sidekick who wants to build cool stuff and figure it out together Bonus Points If: You’ve supported founders or creatives before You love weird products, eCommerce, or viral content You can make a decent spreadsheet but also appreciate a good meme To Apply: Please include: A quick intro about you (keep it real) An example of when you helped bring someone else’s idea to life Your ideal way of working with someone like me (fast-moving, idea-driven, unpredictable) Let’s make weird ideas happen. ??
