Bilingual Credit Card Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual credit card specialist to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. As a bilingual credit card specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to Spanish-speaking customers in a call center environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a major financial institution, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and provide quality customer service while resolving customer complaints and inquiries• Review customer credit card profiles, payments, and accounts to assist customers with understanding their balances• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and transferring escalated calls to another department as needed• Work on various schedules, including weekends, and make yourself available to work a weekend day• *Qualifications:**• 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment• Proficient in Spanish, with 5 years of experience required• Excellent communication and active listening skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously• *Benefits:**• Competitive hourly rate of $19.50 - $20 per hour• Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent placement• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility)• Equal Opportunity Employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion Apply Job!
