About the position As a Tire & Battery Center Technician at Sam's Club, you will provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas, ensuring member satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with team members, demonstrating expertise in tire and battery services, utilizing digital tools for sales and service improvement, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. You will also be responsible for inventory management, customer service, and mentoring new technicians. Responsibilities • Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests. , • Educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources. , • Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and service standards. , • Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve service experience. , • Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead. , • Track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions. , • Maintain accurate inventory and compliance standards; report complaints and safety hazards. , • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues. Requirements • Valid state-issued driver's license. , • Must be 18 years of age or older.
