Job Title: Chat Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) Duration: 3-Month Contract (with potential for permanent placement) Location: Remote (must reside in Central FL to be able to attend onsite interview and onsite training) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eastern Time) Pay Rate: $20/hour MUST be able to interview this upcoming Thursday and start working April 7th. Job Summary: The Chat Recruiter will be responsible for proactively engaging with candidates through online chat, answering inquiries, and qualifying candidates for various open positions. This role requires exceptional written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Responsibilities: • Proactively engage with potential candidates via online chat platforms. • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally. • Qualify candidates based on predetermined criteria. • Provide detailed information about open positions and the application process. • Schedule initial phone or video interviews with qualified candidates. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and qualifications within ATS, iCiMS. • Provide a positive and informative candidate experience. • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate flow. • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all online interactions. • Adhere to company communication guidelines and maintain excellent grammar and punctuation. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or recruitment role involving online chat communication. • Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation. • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently. • Experience with iCiMS ATS is a plus. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace. • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eastern Time).
