This position is to provide administrative and operational support to relationship managers to enable the effective development and management of client relationships. Responsibilities • Support the team in the delivery of relevant banking services to customers, in own coverage area to meet the team and department's revenue targets. • Support relationship management team to follow up client documents; • Contact or visit customers to assist in business promotion and operational issues • Work in partnership with Compliance, Head Office, Credit middle and Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions. • Support more experienced members of the team by conducting administrative and operational activities in order to develop and maintain customer relationships. • Conduct preliminary data analysis including financial statements, company profiles, risk positions to identify patterns and trends for use by senior colleagues. • Assist in preparing deal proposals and credit related applications and reports as assigned by senior in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with internal credit rules and procedures. • Conduct customer due diligence including but not limited to KYC, FATCA and CRS in accordance with the internal procedures and regulatory requirements • Contact or visit customers to obtain information in order to perform credit monitoring and operational activities including but not limited to compliance checks and transaction processing. • Lead, manage and coordinate or assist in PDCA activities for purpose to achieve business and profit targets and arrange PDCA & RM meetings to report progress of PDCA and share information about customers’ interests and good deals • Develop awareness of compliance rules and procedures and support initial checks to ensure adherence to all requirements and standards. • Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations. Requirements • Degree qualified. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Good command in English and Cantonese. Japanese language skill is a plus. • Ability to influence others using data or analysis to support line would be preferred. • Good communication skills with the ability to influence others and sell products. • Good stakeholder management skills, quantitative and numeracy skills • Self-initiative, willing to learn and take up new challenge for progression and growth Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
