In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and innovating machine learning and AI models that power our latest products and solutions. You will have a key part in determining a model’s operational effectiveness and delivering real value. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand project requirements and deliver robust model solutions. • Monitor and perform regular maintenance on existing models to enhance their performance and accuracy. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model implementation and performance. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into our models as appropriate. • Document model deployment processes (AIOps) and create comprehensive KPIs for stakeholder review. • Work in a dynamic and agile environment, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements and deadlines. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn). • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R preferred. • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
