SDET – Quadient Inspire & OpenText InfoArchive

Job Title: SDET Location: Okemos, MI (2 days Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months Must have • Experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Automation, Interactive, Content Manager). • Experience with OpenText InfoArchive for content storage, retrieval and validation. We are looking for a SDET with expertise in document generation and archival systems, specifically Quadient Inspire and OpenText InfoArchive. This role requires an experienced SDET who can evaluate, recommend, and implement industry-standard testing tools to build a scalable and efficient test automation strategy. Job Summary • Assess and recommend automation tooling for Quadient Inspire and OpenText InfoArchive testing. • Develop API automation tests to validate document storage, retrieval, and metadata integrity. • Implement document validation techniques, including PDF content verification, OCR, and structured data comparison. • Collaborate with teams to establish best practices for test automation, ensuring maintainability and scalability. • Creates, updates, and executes test cases and plans based on user story criteria, documenting results and using test case management tools. • Develop test data management strategies for document-heavy workflows. • Provide technical guidance on automation strategy, compliance testing, and regulatory best practices. • Document and present findings on tooling recommendations and automation approaches to leadership. Technical Skills • 3+ years of experience in test automation, including framework design and implementation. • Experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Automation, Interactive, Content Manager). • Experience with OpenText InfoArchive for content storage, retrieval and validation. • Proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium • API Testing Expertise: Strong experience with Playwright API, Postman, REST Assured, or Newman. • Document Validation Expertise: Experience with PDF comparison tools (PDFBox, PyMuPDF, Tesseract OCR, or similar). • Experience with scripting languages (Pyhton, Java, Javascript) • Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation • Experience of integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines • Agile/SAFe Experience: Experience working in Scrum or SAFe Agile environments.
