Principal Engineer - Workday
Are you an experienced and highly-skilled Principal Engineer looking for an opportunity to join a leading auto insurance provider? Geico Auto Insurance is looking for a hardworking and innovative Principal Engineer - Workday to join our team and help us drive our business forward.The successful candidate will be an experienced engineer with a strong background in Workday and a passion for problem solving. We are looking for an individual with great communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in a similar role. You must also have a strong understanding of Workday, as well as the ability to design, develop, and implement complex solutions. Experience with databases, web technologies, and cloud technologies is also essential. Finally, you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex Workday solutions. Monitor and maintain existing Workday systems. Troubleshoot and debug Workday systems. Create and maintain documentation for Workday systems. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration of Workday systems. Identify and implement process improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday technologies. Provide technical guidance to other team members. Provide customer support for Workday systems.
