Medicare Telesales Agent

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Agent to join our dynamic team. Job Overview: This is a full time, W2 position where you will receive 10-15 inbound calls each day! We offer a starting hourly rate of $20 per hour, plus a weekly bonus where you can earn up to an additional $1,000 a week based on performance. Duties • Educate clients about Medicare plans and options available to them. • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in Medicare regulations, and new products. Qualifications • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. • Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships. • Must possess relevant licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
