Primary Responsibilities: Works with Business users, Domain Architects and Software Engineers to document requirements and technical specifications Work in data & business intelligence (BI) to connect dots and create insights (including dashboards) Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis Other duties may apply *
