Your Role: - Manage your own personal case list of clients, recovering as many past due cases as possible in order to hit clear targets. - Call, text, and email your cases in order to get the accounts out of arrears. While most outbound comms are automated, you’ll need to reply back to your customers clearly and work with them to bring the account current as soon as possible. - Skillfully balance compliance, empathy, and collecting to ensure all are met. - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets. What you might look like: - EXCELLENT communicator - You’re remote, so you’ll need to make sure you’re checking in with your team and being responsive at all times. - Proven track record in debt collection or a similar industry is good, but not required. - Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written. You need to have a good level of spelling and grammar, but also be able to formulate an argument. Many of your customers will be talking to you via SMS and email. - Familiarity with software, computers, and be comfortable with technology in general. - Ambitious and motivated.
