MAINTENANCE TECH - MAINTENANCE

The Maintenance Technician ensures the proper operation and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment, including taking corrective action and repairing equipment as necessary. This position provides appropriate notification and documentation of all work performed. Additionally, daily activities may include performing mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and tasks, PM activities and other tasks involving various operations and repairs within a cGMP facility. KEY JOB ELEMENTS:

• Responds to service request as requested utilizing resources to effectively repair and ensure the safety and availability of Arnet systems and equipment.
• Perform the job function in compliance with safety, health, environmental, and governmental regulations, and in compliance.
• Support machine setups as needed in supporting production daily goals.
• Ensure the plant is clean and free of debris or clutter.
• Technical Knowledge in the manufacturing process of solid dose. Tablet presses, Capsule machines, coaters and Blenders etc.
• Performs record keeping functions (CMMS) such as documenting maintenance work performed and recording unusual operating conditions.
• Performs various types of tests on mechanical and electrical equipment (Amperage, Volts, resistance).
• Contributes to the efficiency of the department by offering suggestions and participating as an active member of the team.
• Evaluates equipment and machine operation for repair needs.
• Supports installs of new equipment
• Removes and repairs various equipment and components.
• Repairs hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
• Other duties as required or directed.

salary: $45,760 - $52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School
