Responsibilities: As a caregiver at Outreach Health, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of others. Your attention to detail, caring heart and empathetic nature will allow you to provide exceptional care to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Companionship, engaging in lively conversations, and providing assistance to create a positive and supportive environment for our clients.
• Meal preparation, grocery shopping, housekeeping, and laundry to ensure a structured and comfortable living space.
• Personal care, attending to the individual needs of our clients with a focus on maintaining their dignity.
• Medication reminders, watching for health changes, and effectively communicating any concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Ensuring client safety and maintaining a clean and organized environment for their well-being and yours.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Empathy and a people-oriented mindset, effortlessly understanding others' emotions and perspectives.
• Authorization to work in the US and a successful background check.
• Reliable transportation to fulfill work duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients.
• Ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of caregiving.
• Must clock in/out using HHAX app as required by the State of Texas.
