Front Desk Receptionist
Dogtopia of Austin is seeking an outgoing, customer service professional for our fast-paced front desk. We are a state-of-the-art dog daycare, boarding and spa facility located right outside of Austin in Lakeway,TX. As the face of Dogtopia, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our pet parents. We are looking for responsible, dependable people as this position is an integral part of our team. Administrative and clerical duties include meeting and greeting customers, checking customers in as they arrive for their scheduled appointments/boarding, scheduling reservations, cleaning of lobby and reception areas, assisting other team members as requested. You are perfect for this job if you: Have a love for dogs and people Are excited about helping pet owners solve pet related problems Are detail-oriented, an excellent multi-tasker and take pride in your work environment.
