We have a golden opportunity for a golden individual. We are on the lookout for someone with a deep passion for influencer marketing and talent representation to embark on a 16-week internship to focus on our Influencers divison. This isn't just a chance to kickstart your career in talent management at Canada’s largest multidisciplinary agency; it's an opportunity to learn directly from experts in the field, gaining insider knowledge on the profession.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting potential talents for representation and booking Introductory Call 1s.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition process and ensure that it aligns with Dulcedo's values.
  • Outbound brand outreach as well as taking part in Agency & brand outreach client calls.
  • Actively contribute to activities related to ongoing sponsorships, including contract negotiation and client communication.
  • Follow the different organizational protocols and tools and understand why they are in place.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming and strategy meetings.
  • Requirements

  • Strong desire to pursue a career in talent management and fascination behind the responsibilities of an Agent.
  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as PR, marketing, business, or communications.
  • Keen interest in the realm of brand partnerships, contract negotiation, and sales presentations.
  • Strong interest in influencers and brands within the beauty, lifestyle, and fashion industries.
  • Knowledgeable about the domain of public relations and social media collaborations.
  • Insight into the landscape of content creators and the digital influencer ecosystem.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or managing social media is a valuable asset.
