Technical Writer
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to help implement and optimize a new documentation system.
As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in structuring and improving documentation workflows, ensuring efficient content management. You will work closely with the team to introduce best practices and enhance the accessibility of technical documentation.

They operate one of Europe’s most modern chemical production facilities, continuously advancing hygiene technology. PROJECT The project focuses on implementing a new system for technical documentation to enhance content management and streamline documentation workflows. As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in introducing and optimizing either Heretto or Tridion, ensuring efficient structuring, storage, and accessibility of technical content.
Job Description- Lead the implementation of Heretto or Tridion for technical documentation
- Optimize documentation workflows and ensure adherence to best practices in content management
- Train and support internal teams in using the selected documentation platform
- Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards and user requirements
- Experience in writing technical documentation and texts.
- Hands-on experience with Heretto or Tridion (or similar)
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and documentation best practices
- Familiarity with structured authoring methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage documentation projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Availability for business trips once a month
