Media Lead, Paid Social

You will work closely with the Global Head of Media and various internal marketing and media teams, as well as external partners like EssenceMediacom, to ensure our social media campaigns resonate with diverse audiences around the world. The Difference You Will Make: As the Media Lead for Social, you will develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Success in this role will be measured by the effectiveness of campaigns through engagement metrics, ROI, and brand integrity. In your first 12 months, you will need to establish a robust paid social playbook and demonstrate significant improvements in campaign performance and audience engagement. A Typical Day: • Craft and implement paid social media strategies tailored for various platforms. • Manage relationships with media partners and oversee campaign budget allocations. • Analyze performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate with creative and marketing leads to ensure cohesive media execution. • Communicate campaign performance insights and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders. • Identify and drive innovative media strategies that enhance brand visibility. Your Expertise: • 10+ years of experience in media strategy and execution, particularly in social media. • Proven ability to manage social media initiatives for major brands on a global scale. • Strong track record in developing successful multi-channel media campaigns. • Deep understanding of both global and local media landscapes and emerging trends. • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. • Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
