Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage and drive the talent acquisition process for our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the internal hiring process. Your ability to understand the business needs and match them with the right talent will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and attract top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation through to onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a positive relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, and share insights with the team to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Internal Hiring: Support internal employees with job transfers, promotions, and career development through the recruitment process.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and company policies and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the big data/cloud industry.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job boards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and results-driven with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
