Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and personable Real Estate Bookkeeper to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing bookkeeping for multiple clients and thrive in a client-facing role. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients. • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide financial insights. • Collaborate and support a team to ensure consistent and excellent client service. • Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly managing multiple client accounts. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team. • Enjoys interacting with clients and providing top-notch service.
