Mid to Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a good understanding of the end-to-end product design process, well-developed design craft, and strong problem-solving skills.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be a design expert and advocate within a product squad, having the opportunity to collaborate with a hybrid multidisciplinary team including clients, stakeholders, engineers, product owners, and business analysts. You will also be part of Zemoga’s / Media Monks design team —A group of 60+ designers with expertise in different areas of knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps.
• Proficiency creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
• Owns the planning of simple and complex research activities, leads teams in charge of executing research tasks and is capable to analyze the outcomes generated by the research.
• Proficiency designing the UI, information architecture, and interaction flow of app based digital products.
• Experience determining the end-to-end user experience map, building empathy and understanding with the users in order to improve their journey through the site and make thoughtful and useful design decisions.
• Designs and implement overall product strategy, including look and feel, creative approach, and KPIs performance. Informs and shares design process insights with the stakeholders and team partners.
• Supports and provides direction to other team members in terms of processes execution and deliverables production. Provides insight from their own experience on how to approach assigned tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
• Understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies.
• Good English skills (B2 or above preferably - you’ll be working with clients in the US).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• At least 2 years experience in a client-facing lead role at an agency
