Head of Design

Noble is the premier asset issuance chain in the modular ecosystem. Noble solves a variety of critical pain points around native issuance for developers and issuers alike, including: security, liquidity, compliance, standardization, and neutrality. Noble’s long-term vision is to be a UX unlock for all stablecoin and RWA issuers. 

We are seeking a Head of Design to cultivate and own the Noble brand and associated Noble products including Swaps, Pay & Lend. This individual will work closely alongside the Sr. Marketing Manager, Product Leads, and Executive Management at every stage of the product development process to ensure alignment with the Noble brand. Acting as a steward of the brand, this person will also be responsible for evolving the brand over time. You’ll work on every element from visual design to product design. As the head designer for Noble, you will drive adoption and brand loyalty among a diverse group of community members including stablecoin issuers, appchain developers, and end users of Noble’s flagship products. Your role will be essential in cultivating our brand and design aesthetic within the broader cryptocurrency and decentralized finance (DeFi) community. 

• Brand Strategy
• Lead brand projects (i.e. new product launch) starting with research, including trends, best practices, competitor analysis and identifying whitespace opportunities
• Ensure uniform brand alignment across all Noble products 
• Product Strategy 
• Lead the product strategy from a design perspective including UX/UI, wireframes, branding and associated collateral 
• Proactively raise the bar for quality, by making crypto UX more approachable for everyday people
• Ensure high standards of quality and cohesion for all Noble products, end to end, including breaking things apart, and putting them back together :) 
• Implement A/B testing (and other user research techniques) to evaluate usability of Noble’s products 
• Creative direction
• Manage the creative creation for all Noble owned assets including product and marketing assets 
• Work closely with marketing to create creative campaign ideas
• Provide creative collateral for marketing and branding including video, animations, and interactive elements (both for in person and online events) 
• Create storyboards for launch videos and campaigns
• Design leadership
• Establish design systems and style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, and videography
• Facilitate seamless communication between product, design and engineering 
• Lead internal branding workshops with team members for Noble products 

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, product design, or creative direction, ideally in Web3 
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, UX/UI design, and creative content production
• Experience designing for crypto, DeFi, or financial applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and Engineering
• Ability to balance hands-on design work with high-level creative strategy
